Note to Contest Directors: advance completion and posting of event fliers, contest rules, and registration forms has a direct effect upon both the number of participants and spectators. Not only do their posting on this page provide continuing confirmation for events, early posting allows them to be downloaded, printed and posted as public notices by the owners/managers of our local hobby shops. Event fliers are also electronically distributed to other R/C clubs in Northern California and Nevada with whom S.A.M. maintains member contacts.

CDs are encouraged to forward to the Webmaster a copy of any independently prepared fliers, rules or registration documents, for immediate posting to our website's Coming Events page.

Given the major efforts most CDs invest to host a successful event, we know they also want to ensure the best participation and public notice. Event planners should work toward having their event fliers and materials posted at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
